It would have to be a tie between Johnny Carino's chicken skilletini, and a thick cut seasoned prime rib. Damn... it sucks that I'm still at work.

You mean the fake, synthetic, Americanized-Chinese food? Cause... that's exactly what I like too. I also like how you can spend roughly 90 bucks and buy a years' worth of food in Ramen Noodles. There's a reason that stuff's cheap, but apart from the trans fat, who cares, right?

Agreed but...most of my students' mothers make tamales so I have an endless supply. Arizona (my home state), New Mexico and Texas....Mexican food lover's paradise!
Oh and carnitas....machaca....chorizo and eggs....*heads out to local "hole in the wall" Mexican food restaurant*

And lucky me... I've lived in Texas (El Paso), New Mexico (Las Cruces), and Arizona (Sierra Vista). I've been spoiled on great Mexican food all my life.
If you're ever in any of those places... check out Dominguez in El Paso (it's near the Airport) and La Posta in Las Cruces (actually in Mesilla, lots of cool history there). Ricardo's is about the best their is in Sierra Vista, and it's actually in Hereford... but it doesn't compare with the other two I listed.
